Tring Rambling Club

Tring Rambling Club is open to all Dacorum residents (covering Tring, Berkhamsted, Northchurch, Hemel Hempstead), as well as the  neighbouring counties of Buckinghamshire (Aylesbury, Weston Turville,  Chesham) and Bedfordshire (Leighton Buzzard, Dunstable, etc.)
About Tring Rambling Club
Tring Rambling Club was founded 50 years ago by enthusiastic walkers, who wanted to share their passion for nature with friends. It has today some  55 members, of whom some 15 or more meet up every Sunday, usually in the afternoon, but also sometimes late morning for a longer walk with a picnic break.
How do we operate?
Each member receives a quarterly newsletter with the walk programme indicating the time and exact location of the start of the walk, together with the mileage of the walk. Typically, an afternoon walk will start at 13.00 for a four to five miles walk, or 11.00 for a day walk with picnic of around six to seven miles. Tea, coffee and biscuits are shared together at the end of the walk.
